Navigate to the Projects page using the main sidebar. From here, you can view a timeline of all upcoming weddings and projects.
Click on the Tasks tab. From here you get a timeline view of every upcoming and overdue task. You can also manage tasks from here. For more information on this page, check out the article "Task Lists (assigning and tracking)".
Click on the Calendar & Meetings tab. From here, you can view tasks on a calendar.
To get more details for a task on the calendar, select the day it is highlighted under, and scroll down to check the Tasks section
