Navigate to the Itineraries tab in the sidebar.
Click the Add New Event button to start creating an Itinerary.
Add a start date, end date, a title to differentiate it from other events, and any notes you might need. Click the create button, then click the View Schedule button to start managing the event. To create a new schedule item, click the Add New Block button.
From here, you can add any details you need so that the schedule can be easily understood and implemented. These include a time, location, what is happening, who is responsible, and what previous items the new time block might depend on. When finished, click the Add Event Block button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up. Then, move to the Role Management tab. Click the Add New Role button.
Here you can add roles that can be assigned to people as needed. Click the Save button once you have finished creating your first role. Go to the Role Group Management and click the Add New Role Group button.
From here, you can add roles you have created into groups for easier management. Click the Save button once you're finished creating a group.
