Setting Up Your Business Profile

Updated over a month ago

Go to the Business Settings page by clicking on it in the main sidebar.

From the Business Settings page, you can manage your business profile, add services, add Google Calendar and Stripe Payment integrations, create forms for lead generation, and manage your subscription. For now though, just scroll down to the Business Profile section.

For best results, it is important to fill out as much information as possible in each section, starting with Basic Info- your business name and type, a brief description, a tagline, your website, the price range of your services, your team size, and your years in business. Make sure to press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. After you have completed this, move on to the Contact page using the sidebar.

Enter your business phone number, email, and address as applicable. This will help clients to more easily contact your business if needed. Make sure to press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page, then move on to the Social Media tab when finished.

On the Social Media page, enter your company Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles if you have them. Also consider linking a portfolio to show clients if you have one. Again, make sure to press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page before moving on to the Business Hours tab.

Business hours can be changed for every day of the week, or you can check the Closed box to set your hours as closed for the day. Press the save changes button and move onto the booking tab when finished.

In the booking tab, make sure to customize the booking settings to what works best for your business. You can set how many days in advance clients can book, the minimum notice required for bookings, what percentage of the total cost is required as a deposit, the maximum number of events you can handle per day, and the buffer time between bookings to ensure you don't get overwhelmed and can effectively manage clients. You can also choose whether to allow online booking and weekend bookings, as well as whether a deposit and/or a consultation is required for booking.
