Navigate to the Chat page using the main toolbar. Here you'll get a view of all of your chats with clients. You can find conversations by searching for keywords from your messages or the client's name.
To start a new chat, press the Start New Chat button in the bottom left of the page, find the client you want to chat with, and select them. You can then send messages.
